I think requesting SOAP notes should be sent directly to the Vet when needed but everything else is really good.

Great coverage, Quick Reimbursement
Claims processing is quick and the coverage for my pet is excellent. The monthly cost is reasonable all things considered and the 90% reimbursement gives me peace of mind for my pet.

Most claims are easily processed but if you have an emergency visit without going to a regular vet first, your claim can take up to a month or more to be processed . But over all most claims are processed within days
