customer service

I was nervous there wouldn’t be a volition to my issue but whoever I spoke to was very easy to work with. It makes a difference when people try to work with you on trying to solve an issue compared to saying nothing can be done. Some experiences with metlife reps have been negative.

Care Money Can Not Buy...

I have never had an insurance policy that has such great customer service, kind considerate personel. My claims are always processed timely and efficiently. Baer is alway the first concern. The value had been great, and I am always reasured that my Baer recieves the best care and treatment available. Thanks MetLife
