Amazing Customer Service

I cannot say enough good things about the amazing customer service people! They are easy to understand, very helpful and kind, and have always resolved my issue — and I've called multiple times because of large and complicated claims with multiple providers. I'm very pleased with MetLife Pet!

Claims submission was simple and paid within a few days. Your claims process is simple and easy. Wish my other insurers were as quick to pay as you are.

Pet insurance is a must

I love having pet insurance, it's an absolute necessity. But very disappointed that the rates increase so drastically. I was told that my rate went up so much because metlife doesn't want people on the 90%\10,000\$100 deductible any longer. Kind of dishonest. But the company does pay for everything they said they would. Fast turn around time on payments. Overall happy.
