MetLife Pet Insurance is Awesome
We had MetLife Pet Insurance for about two years and were extremely happy with them. Tragically, our dog got loose and was hit by a car just two days after our policy went into effect, and MetLife paid the claim without hesitation.
From our first claim to our last, payments were fast and customer service was always helpful and responsive. Over the time we had coverage, they paid out more than we ever paid in premiums, which really speaks to their reliability.
Unfortunately, we no longer have our dog, but if we ever get another pet, we will absolutely choose MetLife again. The only improvement I would suggest is the option for direct payment to vets instead of reimbursement. Highly recommend.

The update app is very user friendly
The update app is very user friendly. I recently called the support line to ask questions about a claim and they were able to provide all the answers.
