Friendly knowledgeable people
Friendly knowledgeable people. I've filed two claims and had them reviewed and reimbursed within days of the filing. No questions, no 'we don't cover that' or any other excuse to wiggle out of paying a claim.

Uploading my receipts to process my claim on a Friday and to be reimbursed the following Tuesday or Wednesday of the next week is by far the fastest I’ve ever been serviced. I wish all healthcare was like this for humans!
