Prompt and Provides Quality Support

Having pet insurance has truly been a life-saver. Just knowing that I can submit my claims through Metlife for my pet's care and they handle business promptly, with great communication. I also feel that they care about the health and wellness of my pet by being responsive and prompt whenever I have to contact their customer service department for anything.

MetLife was there when we needed them.

MetLife has more than met my expectations. Our dog has been diagnosed with two types of cancer and has required multiple treatments. MetLife has expeditiously processed the various claims insuring that the only issue we have had to deal with is our dog's health.
