Easy and great customer service
I have had other pet insurance plans and MetLife has had the easiest claims process and reimbursement process. I have also contacted Customer Service and they are very helpful and got my questions answered the first contact. I have suggested MetLife pet insurance to several coworkers. Thank you for making this process easy.

It is so easy to submit claims.....
It is so easy to submit claims with this company. Also I could not believe their quick turn-around time from the day I submitted to the day I received direct payment into my bank account......3 days!!!! MetLife is great!
