Most of the time it’s quick if bill is under $200, however I had a couple invoices for separate animals I submitted on same day, so total was high. It took 30 days to process!!!

I have liked the coverage and customer service when ive called in however the time from claim submittal to being reimbursed is fairly long, the system used to pre-sort the uploaded documents is flawed and causes issue, ive had entire claims completely lost after receiving confirmation of submitting, and with a 65% increase in my premiums after the first year of working with yall it feels a bit like bait and switch pricing wise

It has been great, and basically paid for itself in coverage costs.
