Smooth easy claim process and quick…
Smooth easy claim process and quick turn around. I thought I would be waiting for weeks for a reply. 4 days later I had my answer and reimbursement for my pets surgery was 16 hours later!! Extremely impressed!!

Very simple to use.
The claims process and the app are simple to use. When your animal is hurt it's nice to know that's one less thing you have to worry about.
