The response time for reimbursement is…

The response time for reimbursement is great. The web site is user friendly. The only issue I had was this time, I was asked for additional information SOAP documents. I was never asked for them previously. There may have been a good reason why they were required this time, I don't know.

I have had MetLife Pet insurance for about 3 years now and it has been a great experience. I have submitted a number claims and they have all been processed within a few days and payment received a few days later. Best part is there was never any question or challenge about coverage.
