MetLife | Pet Insurance Review

I have recommended MetLife pet insurance to many friends and coworkers due to 1) the easy to use app to file claims and 2) the approval of claims. My latest claim was processed in 1 day! I never have to make that tough decision on whether or not to have a test run, medicine prescribed, or procedure done as 80% of the cost is handled by my insurance. As a result, my dogs get the best care they can when they are sick or injured. Thank you MetLife!

Clarine was very sweet and personable and really made an effort to help me! Also everything was processed super fast with her help. And she went an extra step with her impecable follow up! I’m had MetLife for several years but this was the best experience I’ve ever had.

Enrollment is user friendly

Very fast reimbursements. When I call, everyone is so pleasant and helpful

The app is easy to use which makes sending a claim in easier, but it still takes a long time to be approved.
