MetLife | Pet Insurance Review

I liked the responsiveness to claims and the help of the folks i talked to. I did NOT appreciate you charging me premiums for my healthier dog that is still living that would completely cover the max you might possibly pay out. My other dog used the max benefits last year and he had to be put to sleep. I paid WAY more out of pocket that metlife understandably wouldn’t cover. But there’s no way it makes sense to effectively drop my other dog because of that. You are constructively dropping my dog when you charge premiums equal to the max payout. I will NOT recommend you.
