Claim and reimbursement experience
Instructions for reimbursement submission were clear and easy to follow. Loved that a confirmation email was sent to me once MetLife received my request by mail. Reimbursement was reasonably fast after MetLife reviewed the claim

MetLife has been very fair with payouts on insurance claims. They have sped up their process at it has been very impressive and helpful
