Everyone I speak with is always great ...but
Everyone I speak with is always great! I would have given a 5 previously but lately, I have been having difficulty sending my info needed for a claim in to be paid. Frequently it hasn't been received and I have to make follow up calls. I was finding the app easy to work with but that has become a problem because it will only accept a certain amount. I even tried looking at info online tonight and I found it to be difficult and I am still going to have to make another call due to what I believe is a missing payment and a confusing payment. There could be more of an explanation online. Often the app and online will say 0 paid when that's not right.. I have had metlife for awhile and have encouraged many to get it( I should be a sales person) but lately I am really getting frustrated..
