MetLife | Pet Insurance Review

Met Life makes having pet insurance simple. I turned in my veterinary receipt and within 7 days I received my refund.

While the website for submitting claims is not intuitive, the mobile app is better and the overall process was easy. I spoke to a representative who helped me with the Claims process and it was processed in a timely manner. My only compliant is the rising cost in insurance premium across all providers.

So far it was easy to submit the invoice, I was kept updated with the process, and generally knew what was happening.

It was great to get reimbursed.

MetLife is an amazing pet insurance! Sadly, I have tried a few pet insurances in the past and the other companies were either too expensive to keep or took an inconsiderable amount of time with receiving payments for a claim. I have now been a customer for MetLife for a number of years now and I am extremely happy I came across MetLife with their quality of business and attention they give to their customers!
