Signing up online was super easy
Signing up online was super easy. I love how you can customize your plan with clear explanations of what each item entails. Looking into the plan was also pressure-free, with no commitment until you are ready to purchase the plan that works best for you. I just loved how easy it was to get all the information I needed online on their website, at my own pace.

Customer service always helpful
Call centers are in the US and I feel the customer service has always been helpful. My issues have been resolved. Everyone is generally helpful. While my insurance has steadily gone up, they have found ways to help me reduce it when I can. It's taken care of my pet and the app and submitting has all been straightforward. I also appreciate the other benefits that come with it, though not every state can take advantage.
