Better retrain your reps and supervisors about telling people the truth. I called five times and received five different answers. Reps are rude. You wait a long time to get answers. Totally unacceptable. Where did customer service go?

Good insurance so far, only problem is claims take a very long time. Sometimes up to 3 weeks to process.

Good Experience From start to finish
From start to finish, each interaction has been personable, helpful and effective. The policy pays on time without hassle and asks for a logical amount of supporting documentation.
