Incorrect payments

I was told multiple times that I had exceeded my annual limit when in fact I had not. I wasted 2 hours of my time telling adjusters how to do their job. Luckily I work in the insurance industry. I was owed way more than what I received. It eventually did get fixed, after 2 hours of phone calls and 5 days later.

They have been good about approving…

They have been good about approving submissions but it takes a while. The other company I have for my other dog is very quick.

MetLife is simply great

MetLife was referred by my employer, and I have had a policy with them for the past 2 years, heading into my 3 term with them, and it's been great. The coverage is amazing. I don't plan on switching insurance for my pup.
