Amazing 1st Claim Experience
Customer service is always outstanding. I stumbled through the process as the first claim requires past medical history, but every time I called to check on the status, every claims rep was extremely courteous. I’m so glad I signed up with MetLife for my 2 babies!

Excellent Service
They are fast and on the job great customer service when you have to speak to a representative, and their rate are great for policies . We have had two insured with them.
