Outstanding

They gave me money
I purchased pet insurance through work. Never had it before. Dog got sick requiring IV therapy, overnight stay at vet, and meds; called to see what was required and MetLife rep told me exactly what to do and reminded me that well visits also covered. Thanks, MetLife, for expediency and courtesy

Reasonable response time
Reimbursement for vet treatments is great….happy that they even cover holistic treatments as well.
