Submitting Claims
submitting claims with MetLife is so easy, appreciate the follow up emails on progress or if MetLife needs more info on claim. Turnaround on reimbursements (per policy) is always in a timely manner. Highly recommend MetLife Pet Insurance.

Easy claim, fast reimbursement
As a pet parent to an almost 10 Y.O. Morkie, I like having the peace of mind that I don't have to worry about "the costs" whenever my dog needs to visit the vet for any reason. Submitting a claim is easy and reimbursement is fast!

I love MetLife
I love MetLife. There's no way I could afford my pets care without it. I work in vet med, and even with discounted services, I absolutely could not provide the level of care I do now without insurance. I have tried a couple other providers in the past, and MetLife's policy is the most comprehensive and easy to understand by far. I'm so thankful I insured my cats! I will never go without insurance again, and any future adoptions will get insurance on the ride home from the shelter right after adoption haha.
