Your claims just take too long to…
Your claims just take too long to process. Here’s an example. I have prescription food that has already been approved and other claims have already been paid for this prescription food. When I submit claims for this same food, they should not be taking over 10 days to process.

Very quick, helpful & nice
I have been very happy with the turn around time on submitting a claim. Also, when I needed to call and talk to someone about changing my account, each person I talked to was very helpful and nice.
The only thing I do not agree with is, when I had to start a new policy because I added a dog, my deductible was no longer good, I had to start over. I feel it should all just move over to the policy if everything stayed the same, you just add a pet.
