Customer service is excellent

The staff in customer service are excellent and caring. Only reason didn’t give 5 stars is because my monthly premium increased over $100 in a single year. My dog’s insurance is now more expensive than my own. But I will obviously pay for it because he’s worth it. But just feels like insurance companies know this and will take more than they need from pet parents.

Hassle-free claims process

So far they’ve always paid claims according to the terms of the policy with no extra push back or appeals required.

It was easy to submit our claim for immunization and fecal check as well as preventative flea/tick meds. The payment of the claim was in our bank before our charge account was due!

THE BEST PET INSURANCE!!

This is my first year with MetLife Pet Insurance and I am thoroughly impressed with their response time, speed of claim review and prompt reimbursement. The repayment appears in my Bank account in 5 business days or less.
