Nasty automated emails and unable to actually talk to a claims person for specific info
Every time I put in a claim and send invoices, I get an email weeks later that they need more information. I have given you EVERYTHING that was asked for. I called and talked to someone after I resubmitted everything for the second time, and days later I get another email that I need to send in more information. Your company acts like your clients are trying to rob you. It was a wellness visit with immunizations- standard stuff and I sent everything, and they are still saying they need more. It seems that this is standard policy to hold off on paying people.

It couldn't be easier!
Once I got the initial setup to my bank completed, and figured out how things work with my first claim, subsequent claims have been a cinch! I just open the app, tap new claim, take a photo of the paperwork, and that's it! Couple days later, my reimbursement is in my bank. I highly recommend MetLife Pet Insurance to any pet owner.
