MetLife makes it so easy to submit claims and have them reviewed. I never wanted pet insurance or thought I needed it for any of our animals, but I’m so glad we have it for our cat.

Fairly easy claim process
Once I got all my paperwork in, the claim process is pretty easy. I did have to send what I felt like were repeated copies of the same thing, but eventually everything was taken care of. When I have called to ask questions they are always answered.
