Coverage is good but there is alot of room for improvement
I have liked the coverage and customer service when ive called in however the time from claim submittal to being reimbursed is fairly long, the system used to pre-sort the uploaded documents is flawed and causes issue, ive had entire claims completely lost after receiving confirmation of submitting, and with a 65% increase in my premiums after the first year of working with yall it feels a bit like bait and switch pricing wise

The claims submission through the app is very easy and claims have been paid on a timely basis. Customer support is wonderful.
