Reimbursement Issues
I have been re-imbursed the incorrect amount multiple times, and as a result I have been forced to physically mail a check back to MetLife. This is incredibly irritating, as I do not like mailing physical checks due to the safety risks. I should be able to send back the reimbursement via online as per every other modern insurance company allows.
