I really like the customer service that MetLife provides! I had received my reimbursement fast and with no issues at all. Thank you for being the best Pet Insurance that, in my opinion, there is!

MetLife isn’t complicated. Submitting a claim is simple. Turn around time could be quicker, but all in all I’m very satisfied.

You people continually screw up the claims I submit. I have yet to submit a claim that doesn’t require me contacting you to get the claim properly processed. I’m still waiting on a claim from January where you have yet to pay for the valley fever test for my dog Charlie. In my most recent claim you only processed part of the claim. I submitted 5 allergy prescriptions and you only processed 3. What is wrong with you people.
