Great Service

So far everything has been going great and I am pleased that I took out this policy for my new puppies. I have not had any issues with submitting my claims and the reimbursements have been very quick, which is great when you are paying for all the shots and checkups that come along with two new pups!

For the premium paid

For the premium paid, I feel that esp for my older dog, the 2000 USD limit barely covers his ongoing medical expenses.

Poor service and plan

I signed up on June 20th and they told me my coverage did not start till July 1st. The date my puppy needed the vet was June 24th. They didn't cover over 600 dollars of bills for my puppy's deworming and tick medication. Bogus service run by a typical insurance company.
