Claims are consistently handled promptly. Whenever I speak to a representative they are consistently friendly and helpful. I always recommend Met Life Pet Insurance!

Didn’t love it at first but now used to the process and it’s pretty easy. Wish reimbursements occurred a little bit faster but all in all, I’m satisfied for now
