Pretty easy to submit claim and fast…
Pretty easy to submit claim and fast reimbursement. However, the coverage on medication to keep our dog healthy is not good. Heartguard and Nexguard should be reimbursed at a higher level.

All expenses are promptly reimbursed
My dog was diagnosed with
Heart failure and all eligible expenses were promptly reimbursed after meeting deductible, including tests, prescriptions and purina cardio care food so far. It usually takes 2 weeks or more to get your claim being processed. Service representatives are knowledgeable and respectful. Thank you!
