MetLife | Pet Insurance Review

I love having 100% reimbursement with METLIFE PET, I just am not the biggest fan of how long the process to look over, approve, and reimbursement time takes.

Everyone I've talked to has been friendly and helpful. I love MetLife and I tell all my friends with animal pals about you!

Every time we have a claim or issue Metlife Pet makes it so easy to do your claims and they are so wonderful to work with. If there are any issues they will notify you in a timely manner and work with you to resolve anything that comes up as quickly and easily as possible. I have never had a problem that they didn't help make right. They are a wonderful company, for multiple lines and we have trusted them for many years now and they have never disappointed us.

Met Life paid out the claims as expected after 3 calls to them. Met life had turned down some claims and I needed to call to explain the situation. Needed to speak to a supervisor to resolve my issue. Which she did as she said she would. Very good experience speaking with her. Otherwise a good experience with Met Life. Your payment timeline is a lot longer than 3-5 days. Might say 2-3 weeks. Need to set expectations correctly. That would be best. I would recommend Met Life Pet Insurance.

I have never had an insurance policy that has such great customer service, kind considerate personel. My claims are always processed timely and efficiently. Baer is alway the first concern. The value had been great, and I am always reasured that my Baer recieves the best care and treatment available. Thanks MetLife
