MetLife insurance has been wonderful…
MetLife insurance has been wonderful about covering our ample vet bills for our dog. Their submission process is simple and straightforward. Their customer service support line has been helpful as we’ve been switching over insurance and got a little confused about what documents were required.

Terrible claims dept
Denied my claim after multiple requests for information. All information requested was sent and then claim was denied without legitimate reason stating information was not received even though i PERSONALLY emailed everything to claims dept and on app. Sent SOAP, proof of coverage from previous insurance & doctors note for requested information.

Greatful customer
I have had pets my entire life but this is my first time getting pet insurance. I chose MET life because I have heard of them in the past . My experience has been GREAT! No longer do I have the stress of an unexpected vet bill. Their process is simple and easy and they send you emails along the process so you know what is happening then they send you a check! I have recommended MET life to everyone I know with pets....and that's pretty much everyone I know. Even in the pet ER waiting room I was recommending MET LIFE to distraught owners who didn't know how they were going to pay this urgent bill! Thankfully MET life has my back!!!! THANK YOU MET LIFE!!!!
