Once the claim was received I got my check within a week. Very kind associate walked me through the paperwork.

Easy to submit a claim and had most of our dog's annual visit and vaccines refunded.

In the beginning, it took several weeks to get reimbursed, but that part is getting better. I believe this is my third year as a customer and you guys keep raising my rate due to the plan that I’m on because you don’t like that plan anymore and you want to price me out of it. I do not think that’s fair given I pay in full upfront, and I’ve been a good customer and you guys offered that plan… To try to price somebody out of it just because you wanna get rid of something is not the right thing to do.

Always on top of my claims and when I call always respectful and helpful.

Great help from the customer service person. She was very happy to help me with all my questions. Explained everything I needed, and I feel very honest on pricing questions. She was great. Thank you
