Once you get through the initial set up…

Once you get through the initial set up process, it’s a lot easier. But no one had told me that I needed to submit at least 12 to 24 months worth of medical history (& doctor / visit notes) on each of my animals to get started. It would’ve been nice to know that from the beginning, just so I can get all the correct information making that part of your initial conversation. Conversations with future clients would be super helpful to everybody.
