So far, our experience with METLIFE Pet Insurance has been very positive. The claim process is fairly simple and the time receive our benefits is outstanding. All interactions with phone staff have been good as well.

I was submitting 3 claims at once

I was submitting 3 claims at once, but initially I only saw 2 in the system. So, I accidently submitted one of them twice. I went back into my account and saw that there were 4 claims. I used the online chat to ask what happens when you make a mistake. It didn't take long to get a response and was assured that they wouldn't process the same claim twice.
