Helpful, kind service. It is so nice to talk to people instead of chat bots. This company still has a human touch. Policies are clear and straightforward. Claims processes are hassle-free. Would recommend.

Always a pleasure working with people at Metlife. They always are helpful and resolving. Any issues I might come across. Which is not very often. The coverage that they offer is excellent. I know the rates went up, but that’s something that is a statewide and not with them. Other than that, very happy with Metlife.
