I have a hard time with sending…

I have a hard time with sending receipts so I have the vets office do it and sometimes you request soap notes and sometimes you don't so I have soap notes sent all the time why the notes when you can clearly see what was done what was prescribed and why the long wait you get your money every month from me right out of my checks but I have to play dodgeball to get my money back from the insurance

Great experience and very happy with…

Great experience and very happy with MetLife Pet Insurance. I have 3 dogs but 1 dog in particular that seems to have more random health issues than the others. MetLife has been great, and I wish I would have enrolled sooner.
