MetLife | Pet Insurance Review

MetLife is the worst pet insurance company that I have ever dealt with. SOAP Notes are requested for every claim. This includes claims that have always been covered. The app is broken and will not let you upload documents so you need to email them, and will be spammed with emails about missing information for days. Everything is automated and poorly run, and you are better off putting money to the side to care for your pet because MetLife is not going to reimburse you for any request and you also have to deal with their absolutely terrible claim system.

Very easy experience ! Able to get a quote right away, option to save and add another animal. Very detailed on what is and is not covered ! Employer discount ! Great quote and option to pay monthly or annual fee ! Overall great experience and highly recommended, and for good reason !
