MetLife was responsive when there was an issue with my claim and are typically fair with their reimbursements. I’m very glad I have pet insurance with this kind of coverage.

Customer service is excellent
The staff in customer service are excellent and caring. Only reason didn’t give 5 stars is because my monthly premium increased over $100 in a single year. My dog’s insurance is now more expensive than my own. But I will obviously pay for it because he’s worth it. But just feels like insurance companies know this and will take more than they need from pet parents.
