ManyPets | Pet Insurance Review

I appreciate the quick and easy process to submit a claim. Our claim was approved within 2 business days. I was unsure about getting pet insurance, but I'm so glad I did. It's comforting to know we're covered if an injury or illness occurs.

When I called with questions that the representative didn't know the answers to, the representative asked for my e-mail address, so she could ask her supervisor and let me know. And, then she actually did! I have found it hard to find people to follow through sometimes, so I am impressed with their follow through.

Can't recommend ManyPets insurance enough, especially over the most recent month when my dog was diagnosed with ITP. Since this diagnosis, I've accumulated over $15K in medical bills due to two hospitalizations and multiple vet visits (with more to come). ManyPets approved each and every claim, and did so in less than one week (and even less for smaller bills, sometimes in the same day!). It's been an extremely stressful time for my family, but thankfully, the financial aspect of the diagnosis has not been an issue. So very thankful to ManyPets for that!

BAIT & SWITCH! I’ve been paying them $52 per month for 3 years straight without fail for my 3 yr old pup. Have only made 1 simple claim re an annual check-up and all was fine. Suddenly this year- I am getting the run around after submitting a simple annual check-up claim. Support has told me “We are sorry it’s taking so long- we have a huge uptick in new clients” SERIOUSLY?!? So you will not hire new staff to handle all your wonderful new business-yet will continue to pocket my $650 per year? Unbelievably bad business. Searching for a better company immediately. Just thought I’d let y’all have a head’s up before you make the same error I did.

The folks at many pets are very helpful not only are they friendly, but they’re extremely kind. I am an older woman with many health issues and I’ve actually broken down on the phone because I couldn’t figure out what I needed to do. Two employees walked me through it and I figured it out. They’re very very kind and very nice. I would get this again. My daughter has this insurance and she turned me onto it so I’m happy that I got it, they’re wonderful
