ManyPets | Pet Insurance Review

The folks at many pets are very helpful not only are they friendly, but they’re extremely kind. I am an older woman with many health issues and I’ve actually broken down on the phone because I couldn’t figure out what I needed to do. Two employees walked me through it and I figured it out. They’re very very kind and very nice. I would get this again. My daughter has this insurance and she turned me onto it so I’m happy that I got it, they’re wonderful

If zero stars were possible, that is what they deserve. Hidden conditions for reimbursement until needing to file a claim. My vet also found them impossible to satisfy. 3 months before they decided to reimburse nothing. I cancelled and just discovered they are still charging me. My credit card company has been advised I am disputing the unauthorized charges, and I have authorized a merchant block.Buyer beware.

Fast reimbursement and patient customer service.

So grateful to have ManyPets. I can't begin to imagine what my cat's outcome would be without it. I'm glad that I don't have to hesitate as to his/her treatments.

Our beloved German shepherd died from complications due to cancer a couple of months ago. It was a very long process to figure out what was wrong with him, and this included so many tests and long hospitals stays. ManyPets covered every item related to this tragedy. I love their no limit policy and how quickly they process claims. I wish they still offered 90% policies as I would transfer my cats over but may still do that solely due to the no limit. Their customer service is outstanding as well.
