ManyPets | Pet Insurance Review

So far it has been the best thing I could’ve done for my fur baby, Many Pets has been efficient and it has always reimbursed all of the claims I submitted. The only thing you have to keep in mind is that every year the price will increase about $20. I’m about to start my 3rd year with them and now I’ll be paying double the amount I payed the first year.

What didn't make it great?! Applying several years ago was an easy process. Customer service is super responsive. Most importantly the claim process was a breeze. I've had other pet insurance and this company by far exceeded my expectations! The cost of pet healthcare is expensive and the last thing you want to do is make a decision based on your financial situation. This policy gave me peace of mind and the entire ManyPets team made the claim process hassle free.

Paid premiums for 2 years for 2 dogs. My first claims were denied even though all information was submitted and my vet attempted to communicate with them multiple times. They left the vet on hold until the line disconnected multiple times instead of working with them, then immediately closed my claim for “lack of response” even with all documentation, history, and multiple email communications. I wish I’d never given them a penny.

Getting claims in have been a smooth process and the claims adjuster always gets back in a timely manner. Only gripe I have is they always ask about pets medical record everytime I submit a claim.
