Customer service has always been nice and helpful. I have the wellness plan, for which it reimburses you max $150 per category for a total of $600 per year. It's like an extra ~$35/mo, so $420ish a year. If they were to keep the cap at $600, I wish I can alter the percentage of that since I don't really use the dental (he's still young). Otherwise, I feel like it's not really worth the extra.
