The deductible is confusing/misleading
The deductible is confusing/misleading. They essentially pretend to "cover" 80% of claims pre meeting the deductible. This "coverage" essentially means they only credit you with spending 80% of what you've actually spent toward your deductible. For instance, I had $596 in claims. But only $476 actually went toward the deductible under the guise that they were "covering" 80% of the claim. So a $500 deductible ends up being closer to a $625 deductible in reality. This feels misleading/nonsensical.
Customer service is good. Coverage seems good once you've gotten past the absurd pre-deductible phase.
