Just wanted to commend Carmen on her great customer service while having to file my first claim. She was very helpful and understood the stress of needing to use their service, my poor Zen was hurt and had to go to the ER. Anyone with pets knows that filing a claim is usually a result of some misfortune and she was knowledgeable and patient and helpful.
