The coverage has got to expensive for no more than I have to pay Also I had not requested to cancel the Welness coverage when speaking with one of your Agents Had received a text message to that affect and had to call again to have it added back

The company responds right away once…

The company responds right away once you put in a claim and reimbursement is by mail but speedy. They answer all my questions when I call and have a great attitude when speaking with them..professional and courteous!
