Definitely recommend Lemonade Insurance!
Gemini got two surgeries and both of them cost a lot. Lemonade Insurance processed the claims very fast (the recent one was above 10k and they processed the claim within a week). I really appreciate their fast response and short process time.

Highly Recommend!
I would highly recommend Lemonade insurance.... it was honestly overwhelming researching insurance. We finally choose one that we thought would work best for us and have no complaints so far! It is very easy to file a claim and the customer service team responds quickly. They do a great job explaining what is happening with your insurance policy when you file a claim!

Very easy and quick
Submitting a claim is very quick. Someone contacts you immediately through the chat system. You answer a few questions, email your invoice, and reimbursement comes within a few minutes.

Great communication
I had 2 claims within 1 month. Both people assigned to the cases were very prompt and efficient at getting the claims processed quickly. The communication was good and the instructions were easy to follow. I received my claim reimbursement quickly.
Monthly Cost
Policies start at $10/Month
Coverage
Accident and Illness coverage, with optional wellness package at reimbursement levels of 70%,
80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Payout Limits
Lemonade Pet Insurance benefits cap off between $5,000 and $100,000, depending on how users set up their policy.
Deductible
$100, $250 or $500 annually.
Age Limits
Pets must be at least 8 weeks old to enroll. Lemonade does not terminate coverage
for pets as they age.
Waiting Period
All Lemonade pet policies have a series of waiting periods:
-2 days for accidents
-14 days for illnesses
-6 months for cruciate ligament events
There is no waiting period for preventative coverage.
Exclusions
Exclusions follow the market standard, so they don’t cover pre-existing conditions; bilateral conditions, dental illness, microchipping; anal gland expression; spaying and neutering; something that happens because of breeding or pregnancy; prescription food; vitamins; and supplements; experimental treatments, or recurring conditions. They will be expanding some of these coverages soon.
