I recommend Healthy Paws every opportunity I get. When you adopt a young puppy into your family you never know what may lie ahead. Teddy is the most loving little dog you may ever meet. Little did we know that our beautiful little boy would develop diabetes later in his life. With Healthy Paws help we are able to provide Teddy with the medical care he needs and deserves. The best pet insurance company, who not only saved me tens of thousands of dollars during two emergencies, but did not increase my monthly rate after those. They have the compassion that this industry desperately needs.

Healthy Paws made filing a claim simple. I was compensated for expenses according to the contract on a timely basis. Their responses eased our anxiety, knowing that we could address our dogs medical issues without further complications.

HealthyPaws client for over 8 years here...They jacked our dog's premium this past month, without notice. I happened to look at my credit card statement and noticed that in one month, our fee went from $101.77 to $469.82! On the AppStore, the description for the HealthyPaws app says to use the app to, "View messages from Healthy Paws about your claims or policy". It seems like your rate rising over 360% would warrant a "message about your claims or policy," however, no message in there. They claim to have sent an email about it, but we never received it, and when they provided a copy of the mail they sent, it was from a different domain than all of our other emails they have sent in the past (a sketchy practice that seems designed to be caught in a spam filter). It's almost like they didn't want their customer to know about the increase ahead of time. So far, they are refusing to rebate the difference while I secure a new policy. I have found a new policy at a much better rate, so I will be dumping them and taking up the refund with my credit card company.

They are experts at taking your money and experts at refusing to pay your claim. We need more documents.. we need more documents.. we need more documents.. we need more documents..
