Our 9 Month Old Labradoodle had a terrible accident resulting in Emergency Trauma Care followed by Major Orthopedic Surgery. We were able to take her to a top Orthopedic Specialist of our choice and provide her the absolute best care. Healthy Paws covered everything less the deductible and 10% copay. The claims were approved and paid in less than 5 business days. They even sent a get well card! The online claims process was quick and easy. Healthy Paws far exceeded our expectations in every way.

Our sweet goldendoodle just recovered from a major abdominal surgery. Without Healthy Paws, we could not have provided her with the care she needed. Healthy Paws paid 90% of our claim. We were so relieved. With a daughter in college, this was a blessing. The claim process is super easy and I love the app! I have been using Healthy Paws for my two English Bulldogs for the past 6 years and they have been nothing short of amazing. Bulldogs are prone to health problems and my two are no exception. Once I hit my annual deductible, Healthy Paws covers 90% of most of our vet bills which has helped me tremendously on numerous occasions. They are super quick to complete my claims and reimburse me almost immediately. If I ever have a problem or dispute with any of my claims they listen to my concerns and even reversed a denied claim for me when realizing that there was an error. They are reliable, honest, friendly and extremely accommodating and I couldn't recommend them more! I sleep better at night knowing that no matter what, my fur babies are in good "paws" :)

Healthy Paws pet insurance has been amazing and the best investment I’ve ever made.I purchased it a little over a year ago for my healthy one year old husky and used it once shortly after initial purchase when Tahoe ingested a toxic mushroom in our yard and ended up in the ER and spending over a day in ICU.I was reimbursed within 2 weeks after submitting invoice and medical records.Then sadly last month Tahoe started with bizarre neurological symptoms landing him in the ER twice in 2 days each time being admitted for blood work, x-rays, medications and even a head CT.The local ER vets concluded that he would need a specialist for a mri of his spine which was locally not available.After traveling several hours to a Neurologist for a MRI and spinal tap Tahoe was diagnosed with Wobbler’s disease and would need surgery to stop the spinal cord compression.I already applied well over $8000 to my credit card and we have not even seen the surgeon yet.Healthy paws has already delivered checks for over $4000 thousand this month and the rest is in the mail.Without this surgery Tahoe would be in constant severe pain and shortly become paralyzed and honestly I’m not sure I could afford the surgery especially after already spending $8000.I hate to even think of the decisions I’d have to make if I did not have Healthy Paws insurance.After this surgery Tahoe will live a long , normal and pain free life. Customer service reps are very easy to get a hold, I never wait long on hold , they are very friendly and very knowledgeable.
