Excellent service, easy claims process
My golden doodle (2.5 years old) recently faced a serious health concern that had both long term health as well as immediate financial impact. In the midst of these stressful life events, it was extremely simple to navigate the Healthy Paws app to submit claims. I remember early on, enrolling into the product was super streamlined as well. I think the Healthy Paws team has figured out the optimal balance of direct customer interaction (via emails etc ) vs self serve technology that is simple to use. I have been very impressed with the claim processing workflow that gives the customer a clear sense of processing times, explanations for coverage etc. Very happy with the Healthy Paws team and looking forward to a long continuing relationship.

Lori, We’re sorry you are not satisfied with your plan. Your initial claim was denied due to missing information. We were in need of your pet's complete medical records and did not receive them, as such the claim was closed. We sent multiple notification emails to you noting that the claim needed documentation in order to be completed. We also sent your veterinary clinic multiple requests asking for records. Please note that when the necessary documents are received we can gladly open the claim for review. Your other claim was denied due to the invoice items falling under one of your plan's limited exclusions. The Healthy Paws Team
