Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

My dog suffered a spiral fracture of his back leg and had to be sent to a specialist to perform the surgery. A plate was put in to correct the fracture and he is doing well. Healthypaws was so helpful and paid my claim within one week. I am very happy with them and glad I decided to get pet insurance.I wpould certainly recommend this company to anyone and have already done so to friends with pets.

What they say they will do, they do. This is the best insurance. I would highly recommend this pet insurance to anyone. Hopefully my black lab (Baby) will be around a long time. I plan on keeping this insurance for a long time.

My dog is only 18 months old and has contracted an unknown bacteria which is keeping him very sick if he gets off of his antibiotics. I am endlessly grateful to all of the people at Healthy Paws who have been kind, supportive, and most importantly helpful in, not only assisting me in navigating the administrative process, but, also in the efficiency in reimbursement for multiple medical bills. My policy is giving me so much peace as the expenses mount up and a very sophisticated team of vets and specialty vets attempt to solve this problem, and hopefully help my young dog go on to live a long and healthy life. All of the vet practices that we are working with are amazed by the support from Healthy Paws that I am able to receive, and they are intending to spread the word to their other clients as well. I am sorry for what we are going through, but am forever grateful for a program as well as the people who work for Healthy Paws. I can't say enough about the support from this company during this experience.

It is a pleasure to review Healthy Paws. They have made the financial aspect of my puppy Roxxy's surgery the least of any worries I have. From the initial claim through the surgery and the issuing of the check they have been thorough, prompt and caring. By the time I got home from the vet I had an email that my claim was being processed and within 6 days of the surgery I had a check for the entire 90% of everything- correct to the penny. I am recommeding them to anyone that is considering a health plan for their pet and I've already tried to persuade one friend who has insurance with another company, to switch to Healthy Paws! If you are considering several possible choices, as I did... look no further. :)

Health Paw is the best Pet insurance company we ever had.They did not try to rip us off by finding nonsense excuses like other insurance companies. They also have very quick processing turn around. My form got submitted and cleared on same day, and I got my reimbursement check in 4 days. When I talked with a representative on the phone she was very kind and helpful also. I strongly recommend who is looking for one.
